Chairman Sn Fsudenck Pomonly, G.C.U.O. H.C.B. Sir Creil Harcourt Smith, C.O.O. Mr. L. Denieut Wood, R.A. Ht. W. Maxwell, Sccretary. Chr Chairman explained the constitution and of the Committee, of which the derese members ase as follows:- Sir Lordenck Porsorily The Cr. Ston. Earl of Crawford. Sir Cocil Starcaut Smith Mr G. S. Hill Mr. L. Dervent Wood in addition to himself as Chairman exofficio. When the 1ssur of a naval Military or Cuvil Medal 15 for consideration the Department concerned will nominate a representative to sit with the Committee ad hoc. The servicis of Mr St. W. Maxwell, Secretary of the British Institute of Industrial Art were kindly placed at the Committee's disposal as Scretary. the Constituion Ch. Raemar explained barlly |
