9 JULT 1926. COUNCIL MINUTES The acceptance of the following five Resignations of membership, to take effect as from the end of 1925 (except those of Ralph Cochrane and E. G. Guest, which would take effect at the end of 1926): BRONN, Arthur Raymond (S.) GlassoW. COCHRANE, Ralph (S.), Buenos Aires 1909. GUEST, Edward Graham, P.R.S.E. (C.) Edinburgh. 1923. WARD, Gerald Harman (S.). Chatham. WEBSTER, Francis John, Midhurst, Sussex 1901 That half the Subscription for 1926 of Francois Timmermans (Ml. 1880) whose Resignation had been tendered, be remitted in view of the present low exchange value of the Belgian Franc, and that he be entitled to receive the Proceedings. That the Subscriptions for 1924 and 1925 of E. J. Flindt (M. 1901). and of P. M. Fowler (M. 1898) be remitted, and that they be not entitled to receive the Proceedings That anapplication from Lt. Col. H. M. Leaf. D.S.O. (resigned Min. 167. 1923), for Reinstatement of Membership be granted. That authority be granted to the Institution Solicitors to proceed with the action recommended by them in the case of the misuse of the Institution Initials by C. W. Fordan (Mn. 93).
