Ix.—Duties or OFricers.
The President shall preside at all meetings of the Branch,
supervise its general interests, and, with the Secretary and
Treasurer, call special meetings, due notice being given to the
Members.
Vice-Presidents shall perform all the duties of the President
in her absence, shall preside at meetings as the Branch may
elect, and shall assist the President in arranging and carrying out
plans for the benefit of the Branch.
It is the duty of the Secretary to conduct the correspondence
of the Branch, to file all letters received, and to send prompt
replies; to bring before the Executive Committee all communica-
tions intended for them received from Headquarters in London
or from elsewhere, and to prepare the Annual Report.

keep accurate minutes of all meetings of the Branch, give due
notice of such meetings, notify Officers of their election, and
Committees of their appointment, and keep a record of the

The Executive Committee shall meet at the call of the
President and Secretary, or three of its Members, five to con-
stitute

work of the Branch.
