XIII.—DUTIES
OF
THE NATIONAL
COMMITTEE.
EXECUTIVE
Section i.—It shall be the province of the National Executive Committee
to carry on the business of the Association under such regulations
as may be prescribed by the Council, and otherwise at its discre-
ton.
The Committee must report its proceedings to the Council.
Section i.—The National Executive Committee shall. meet six times a
year, including the meetings immediately before and immediately
after the National Council Meetings, and shall have the power to
choose the time and place of such meetings. Twenty-five Members
‘shall form a quorum.
Section ili.—In the interim of these meetings the business of the Asso-
ciation shall be conducted by a Sub-Committee of the National
Executive,
consisting
of

President,
Acting
Vice-President
Hon. Secretaries and Treasurer, and the Hon. General Secretary
of the Y’s, and eight or more members of the National Executive
Committee to be chosen by that Committee.
