The order of our work would thus be as follows
:—(i) The National
Association, composed of all the Branches in the nation;
(ii.) The
County Union, composed of all the Branches in the
county, and to be
represented at the Annual Council by its Preside

Union, composed of all the Branches in the district,
not entitled to
send delegates to the Annual Council, but entitled
to send one delegate
for every
Branches to the County Conference ; (iv.) The
Local
Branch, entitled to send one delegate for every

Organization Department in every county or district

are expected to send in the list of all Branches
organized to the County
