VIL.—AFFILIATION.
LOCAL
Branches are affiliated to the National B.W.T.A. by the payment
of an affiliation fee of 5s. for every fifty or less Members.
VIIT.—REPRESENTATION.
I.—NAME.

It is the duty of the Secretary to conduct the correspondence of

prepare the Annual Report.
She must keep accurate minutes of all
meetings of the Branch, give due notice of such meetings, notify Officers
of their election, and Committees of their appointment, and keep a
record of the names,
residences, and attendance of Members.
It is the duty of the Treasurer to collect the Membership Fees,
and to forward the affiliation fee to the National B.W.T.A. ; to hold all
Moneys collected for the use of the Branch, to keep an exact cash
account, make a report of the same, and disburse moneys only by
order
of the Committee; and, wherever possible, devise means of collecting
money for the use of the Branch.

N.B.—Some Branches adopt the rule of having a Collector whose
duty it is to call on Members at a stated time for fees and subscriptions
due.
