XI.— MEETINGS.
Meetings of the Branch shall be held at such time and place as the
Committee may decide.
An Annual Meeting shall be held yearly, the
time to be appointed by the Committee, at which meeting the Annual
Report of the Branch shall be read, and the Officers and Executive
Committee shall be elected, by ballot or otherwise, and the Superintend-
ents of Departments appointed.
