28 29 XI.— MEETINGS. Meetings of the Branch shall be held at such time and place as the Committee may decide. An Annual Meeting shall be held yearly, the time to be appointed by the Committee, at which meeting the Annual Report of the Branch shall be read, and the Officers and Executive Committee shall be elected, by ballot or otherwise, and the Superintend- ents of Departments appointed. H. Lile) declined to stand for re-election. The following new nominations were made :—Mrs. Ward Poole, Miss Bertha Mason, Mrs. R. Clarkson, Miss Beatrice Hankey, Mrs. Tuppeney, Miss Foster Newton and Miss G. Southall. The following eight ladies were elected to form the Sub-Committee, in addition to the General Officers :— Mrs. Clarkson Miss A. M. Lile Sister Lily Miss B. Mason Mrs. Mrs. Miss Mrs. T. Mitchell Ward Poole Phillips G. Toulmin. The two following Committees were appointed :— Literature Committee—In addition to the General Officers (ex-officio), Mrs. Paddon and Miss A. M.
