Frances Willard Memorial Day, as a World’s W.C.T.U. Missionary Day, and as a special occasion for adding new members.” It was also moved, seconded, and carried :— “That a World’s W.C.T.U. Missionary Meeting be held on Wednesday evening, May 27th, in connection with the Annual Council Meetings.” fe Conduct or Business.
