G. E. BoarpMan, Hon. Secretary. In presenting the 4th Annual Report we record three interesting conferences have been held. One was held at Devonport, one at Blackhill, Exmouth, and one at Tavistock. The same number of Committee meetings have been held, and we hope that during the coming year the results of those meetings will be felt in the increase of work.
