she has lately been working ; and Miss Florence Balgarnie, recently
returned from a tour in Australasia and in India, were also cordially

matter, this Council urges Parliament to pass a law prohibiting the
future employment of women on licensed premises ; such law not
to apply to those women already engaged in this calling.”
