ORGANIZATION DEPARTMENT.—Miss Hunt read this report, after which Miss Staveley, Miss Sands, and Miss Porritt briefly addressed the Council. Lady Carlisle read the list of membership in the counties in pro- portion to population, wkich she had prepared, and which will be printed and sent to N.E.C. and County Union Secretaries.
