REPORTS.
REPORT.
Our Unions have not sent in this year a very full report of evan-
gelistic work accomplished, owing, I fear, partly to the circulars
asking information having been sent rather late, and also owing to the
fact that so few of the Unions have appointed an evangelistic superin-
tendent.
The returns have only reached me from four out of our
twenty-five Unions as follows :—
East Anglian Union reports :—Three hundred and seventy Gospel
temperance meetings, two devotional days, fifty Bible readings, sixty-
three prayer meetings, two hundred and eighteen new members
gained, three hundred and five pledges taken.
Cottage and mothers’
meetings have proved most successful in this Union.
